01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind trimmed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 1 sheet (9 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick spray or parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to a 12 x 12 inch (30 x 30 cm) square and cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Carefully press each pastry square into a mini muffin cup to form shells.
04 - Place one cube of Brie cheese into each pastry shell.
05 - Spoon approximately 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over each piece of Brie.
06 - Optionally, sprinkle chopped nuts and finely chopped rosemary on top.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
