24 - 1 small piece red bell pepper (wattle)

# Directions:

01 - Position the mini pumpkin or gourd at the bottom center of a large wooden board to serve as the turkey's body.
02 - Fan sliced cured meats above the pumpkin, alternating colors and textures to replicate the turkey's tail feathers.
03 - Layer assorted cheeses in arcs radiating out from the turkey body, mimicking the rows of a wheat field.
04 - Arrange whole wheat and multigrain crackers along with baguette slices in lines or curves to represent wheat stalks.
05 - Artfully place clusters of green and red grapes, pear and apple slices, along with dried apricots and cranberries around cheeses and meats.
06 - Fill empty spaces with roasted almonds, pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and fresh rosemary sprigs for texture and color.
07 - Insert pretzel sticks among the cheeses, fruits, and at board edges to create additional wheat stalk effects.
08 - Attach black olives as eyes, red bell pepper as wattle, and yellow cheese triangle as beak onto the front of the pumpkin using toothpicks if necessary.
